Waitlist Policy

• When a league registration deadline has passed or the league is at maximum capacity, participants interested in the league will be placed on the waitlist.  The waitlist will allow us to contact you (via email or phone) if any spot opens up within a reasonable amount of time before/after the start of the season.  If you do not hear from us, that means unfortunately we were not able to add your participant to the league.

Please note:

• The late registration period begins immediately following the conclusion of the regular registration period. The late registration period corresponds with our team formation deadline and indicates that limited space is available in the program.
• Registrations received during the late period will be processed in the order they are received, and players will be placed on teams as space allows.
• Late registrations may be assessed an additional cost for a team uniform.
