Wellness Center Services

Our Wellness Team is here to help you get off on the right foot when it comes to your health and wellness. We offer a variety of complimentary services to help launch your wellness journey.  Click HERE for a complete list of wellness center services and orientations at both our branches.

EGYM orientations:

  • Pabst Farms branch: Register for your orientation below.
  • Ehlinger Center location: Register for an orientation by calling the Watertown branch at 920-262-8555
For all other wellness orientations, please continue to schedule by calling or stopping at the wellness desk. Orientations are required for ages 10-15.

EGYM Initial Set Up Ages 13+

A wellness coach will work with you to get set up with an EGYM account and prepare you to use the EGYM strength equipment. This appointment will take up to 45 minutes.

ABOUT EGYM
EGYM is an extremely easy to use set of fitness stations that help each person by automatically adjusting resistance and personal fit settings.  EGYM provides simple, “smart” workouts for real people of all ages and abilities, with progress tracking and results driven programming.

Your EGYM account will track your strength workouts and pairs with Matrix cardio equipment.

EGYM Refresh- 

Haven’t been back since your initial set up? Or took a few months off? We are offering a 30 min (or less) EGYM refresh appointment with a wellness coach or trainer. During this appointment, a trainer will take you through a re-test on all 11 pieces of the closed circuit, highlight key features, update your program and renew your confidence!
