Elite Cycle Performance
ELITE CYCLE PERFORMANCE is a small-group training designed to serve the committed outdoor rider as well as endurance athlete fully preparing them for the outdoor season and upcoming races. ELITE CYCLE PERFORMANCE utilizes a progressive training plan to build the rider’s endurance and metric-driven performance on the bike focusing on zone training, strength, and technique. This small-group training is led by Bri Alexander, experienced cyclist.
“When you train with me on the bike, you will follow a progressive training plan designed with an outdoor mindset. Each workout is tailored to enhance your outdoor cycling experience. Riding with me will help increase your Functional Threshold Power (FTP) and improve your cycling techniques and skills for the road.
With FTP Zone Training, we can simulate outdoor rides indoors. Winters in Wisconsin can be challenging for cyclists, so don’t spend the season just spinning on your own, dreaming of warmer weather. Join me in the studio, and let’s get ready for the outdoor roads and race season together! Fee includes: 75 minute indoor training session AND 90 min ride on Saturdays.

MX4 Fit - Small Group Training
MX4 COMPLETE CONDITIONING SMALL GROUP TRAINING
This functional training class combines best-in-class training tools with workouts to help you improve cardio, power, strength and endurance, no matter your age or ability. The results-driven, circuit-style programming blends Certified Personal Trainer attention, camaraderie and challenging progressive workouts. For best results, attend 2 classes per week.
Reserve your spot in class in the “Classes” tile in the app or at member services.
MX4 FIT is for those with a baseline fitness level. This 30-minute circuit class has 60 seconds of work, followed by 30 seconds of rest. It is recommended you warm-up on your own. Your personal trainer will coach options if you need to modify any exercise.
Purchase 1, 5 or 10 classes at a time or a monthly unlimited pass. Schedule your classes on-line or at member services. “Try-it” weeks are offered a couple of times per year. You can attend your first class for free.
For the unlimited pass, the purchase needs to be made before the month begins and allows you to attend as many classes you would like in the month.

MZ-Switch Model – Multiple uses! Monitor your heart rate anywhere with or without having your app open on your phone. For MX4 class, but also allows you to leave your phone at home while walking or on a run outside and uploads your data saved in the monitor when you return home and open your app.

As we begin to age and hormonal changes affect the body even before age 40, muscle mass starts to deteriorate. Therefore, in order to stabilize hormones, boost the metabolism and build lean tissue muscle, strength training is necessary. This female-only strength-based program will be led by an experienced, certified personal trainer and will Include learning proper lifting technique, understanding the primary exercises to gain strength and feeling confident in navigating the weight room. Feel empowered as you gain confidence and strength.

Think like a fighter, Move like a fighter, and Hit like a fighter no matter your age! Golden Glove boxing is much like the ever-popular small-group training Guard Up program, but with a niche specific to those who enjoy AOA classes. Reap the many benefits of hitting on the heavy bag (with wraps and boxing gloves, of course) including improved cardiovascular fitness, significant improvement in cognitive functioning as the workout is both physically and mentally challenging, and improved muscle tone, especially for the upper body. Balance and stability drills will be incorporated for a complete workout. Leave feeling a huge sense of accomplishment each and every week while leaving feelings of stress and anxiety on the bag. It’s a “golden” opportunity for the Active Older Adult!

Want to see what it’s like to punch on a heavy bag just like a boxer? Guard Up Start Up is ideal for beginners who have never done heavy bag boxing training before. You will burn a lot of calories, peak your heartrate and gain definition in your arms and abs. Guard Up Start Up is the entry-level small group training prior to taking Guard Up.
